Why bother storing it?
To each his own, there are people I guess that want to do it the hard way. For me, roasting and grinding coffee is really a chore, now on top of all these, I must think of a coffee bean storage method. Personally, even if I really want to brew coffee at home, which I don’t, isn’t it so much easier to go to the nearby supermarket and purchase some professionally roasted beans? Well, I guess there must be some logic in wanting to do everything yourself, but to me, the best part of coffee is still in drinking it, so I would not want to trouble myself with the activties that do not contribute to the enjoyment of the coffee.
