A change in my eating routine got be my six pack
You wouldn’t think that a change in diet would be the big push to improve the look of your abdominal muscles, but after reading the truth about abs review I realized that without a lean body it doesn’t matter how ripped your abs are they’re going to be covered by a thin layer of fat. This wasn’t what I wanted so I decided to buy the book The Truth about Abs and take what the author says as gospel. I started by making some simple changes in what I ate and when. I cut out most of my pre made meals, and almost eating out completely. Then I started focusing on increasing my metabolic rate by eating smaller amounts more frequently. This helped my body burn the energy I was giving it faster so I wasn’t holding onto the calories as fat. This change in diet did allow me to get the abs I wanted, but I think an even bigger benefit was that it brought my lifestyle to a healthier level.
